Rosary
- During Lent, the Rosary will be said before Saturday night mass, beginning at 5:40 pm,
March 8. It shall be offered up for world
peace. If you would be willing to help in

&Donuts Hosts - Host for Coffee and Donuts are Bo & Pauly Oakes. If you can serve in this capacity, please sign up

Mardi
Gras Party - Knights of Columbus will host a parish Mardi Gras party on Tuesday, March
4, at 6:30 pm in the CAB. The Knights are
preparing red beans and rice. Guests
are asked to bring your choice of bread, chips and dip, or a dessert (King Cake). Drinks will be furnished. There is no admission charge, but Knights will be
collecting donations for the Priest Education Fund.
CCD - Due
to Spring Break, there will be NO Sunday School on March 9th and March 16th. Classes will resume on Sunday, March 23rd.
RCIA - RCIA
will not meet on Monday, March 10 because of Spring Break.
Church
Choir - The Adult & Youth Church Choir will meet on Wednesday, March at 7-8 pm
(After Mass). Wednesday will be the regular
meeting time in the future. Anyone interested
in singing in the Church Choir is invited to join. For

Rite of
Acceptance - As part of the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, ten candidates
have completed the Rite of Acceptance. The
Rite of Acceptance marks the beginning of the catechumenate as a candidate expresses and
the church accepts their intention to respond to Gods call to follow the way of
Christ. These candidate will be confirmed as
part of the Easter celebration. Please keep
them in your prayers. They are: Lane Bennett,
Frankie Fortier, David Livingston, Denise Moody, Bob Smith, Jeff Shankle, Tim Thomas,
Tabitha Thomas, Craig Thomas, Cristy Thomas and Dalton Thomas.

Prayer
- Please pray for our World Leaders to make the correct decision as to whether or not we
go to war. Particularly, pray for the young
men and women that must carry out these orders. A
list will be placed on the bulletin board for you to list family and friends that serve in
the armed forces. In case we go to war, that
list will be placed on the altar for special prayers.
Seminarians
- This week in your prayers, please remember Thomas Whitehead, a seminarian studying
for our diocese. He is a student at Notre
Dame Seminary, New Orleans, LA.
Church
Cleaners for March - Cleaner for the Month of March is Dorothy Marascalco. She needs help.
If you can spend one to two hours a week helping clean the Church please sign up on
the sheet in the vestibule. Cleaners are
needed for all months.
