Choose Life
1973s Roe v. Wade decision was
billed as a way to guarantee womens rightsbut what about the right to be free
from the coercion to abort their offspring? Scientific surveys have confirmed that most
women are having abortions they dont want. Is that a mark of womens
freedom? (Maria Vitale, public relations
director for Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation)

________________________QUOTES FOR
THE WEEK_____________________________
1. I dont think of all the
misery but of the beauty that still remains.
(Anne Frank)
2. Growing old is like being
increasingly penalized for a crime you havent committed. Anthony Powell (1905-2000)
3. Money cant buy friends, but
you get a better class of enemy. Spike Milligan (b. 1981)
4. A good plan is like a road
map: it shows the final destination and usually the best way to get there. (H. Stanley Judd, Author)
5. I do not have superior
intelligence or faultless looks. I do not captivate a room or run a mile under six
minutes. I only succeeded because I was still working after everyone else went to
sleep. (Greg Evans, Novelist)
6. Perseverance is a great element of
success. If you only knock long enough at the gate, you are sure to wake up somebody.
