Choose Life… Legalized euthanasia in the
Netherlands continues to claim an increasing number of victims—2,500 in 2009. Dutch
statistics do not include other categories of euthanasia-induced deaths, such as the
number of people with disabilities who are coerced into death by euthanasia based on the
false premise that living with a disability inevitably produces a life of suffering. (NRL News, 1/2010, “Euthanasia
