The Healing Mass Mass this coming Friday, at 10:00am, November 2nd is the first Friday of the month. We are encouraging as many people as possible to participate in this Mass of Healing, where we pray to God for health of mind, soul and body. Hopefully our Knights of Columbus will furnish a little breakfast so we can have time for fellowship and conversation.

November 1st “All Saints Day” This is a Holy Day of Obligationand we have two masses, one for the “Vigil” at 6:15pm on Wednesday evening and Thursday, the Holy Day, at 8:00am. We hope that everybody will make a genuine effort to come to mass for “The Communion of Saints.”

Family Life Center As a result of our discussion at out pastoral council meeting this past Thursday evening, September the 20th we decided the following:

1. No charge to members of our church family – ONLY!

2. For all others even friends of parish family members, there will be a reasonable charge of $200.00.

3. We decided to give a list of requirements to the person responsible for securing the building and these will be given to that person before hand.

4. The rental fee should be paid before the building is used.

5. We have a beautiful Family Life Center and we are trying to keep it that way.

Choose Life  “Young people, in particular, are now casting a critical eye on the culture of abortion, maybe asking themselves if they were once considered a choice rather than a person.” (Bishop William E. Lori of Bridgeport, CT, 1/21/2012)
