Evening Mass … We will have our Mass this Tuesday evening, at 6:00pm followed by the RCIA in the room behind the Rectory.

 

Hurricane Sandy … Our diocese is taking up a special offering for hurricane Sandy and we will take up this offering this weekend. Please put your offering in your own personal envelope and write “Hurricane Sandy” on the outside. 

 

Congratulations … congratulations to Chloe Ann Carpenter who will be reborn in the waters of baptism this Saturday evening after the evening mass, may God Bless this child and her family and friends. 

 

Carmelite Monastery… Consider supporting the Carmelite Nuns in Jackson, they have a wide range of Christmas gifts which would make a suitable gift for children or adults and they would greatly appreciate our help.

 

Choose Life…  Most Americans assume that sex selection abortions are a problem only in Eastern cultures. Yet, recent videos taken inside Planned Parent Hood clinics indicate the organization has no problem aborting unwanted female babies. The idea that a child can be aborted because she is a girl gives new meaning to the phrase, “abortion on demand.”

Sick or In The Hospital … Just a friendly reminder because of the Hospital confidentiality requirement, if anybody you know from our church family please let us know so we can be sure to visit them.

 

Please Remember... to check thermostats, lights, doors, and clean up when leaving our buildings. We have received some high utility bills for the Family Life Center, please turn things off, check thermostats and lights, etc.
