Gratitude… I am very grateful for the terrific
turn-out we had for our Church Family Supper and the effort the great majority of our
church family made to make this occasion a happy and blessed event. And also to our church
family again for responding to our Penance Service and by making a special effort to
participate in our Penance Service to prepare for the birth of Christ for Christmas.
Angel Tree… We wish to thank you for your
heartfelt generosity for all the Angels that were placed on our Angel Tree and filled with
joy. Thank

New Envelopes…
Sincere Gratitude to our many parishioners who support
our parish and Building Fund so generously as a Church Family. The participation of all
when possible is so important please pick up your new envelopes
and if at all possible use them regularly. They are in alphabetical order in the entrance
of the church.
The RCIA… will be breaking for a couple of
weeks for the Christmas Holidays, more details later.

or In The Hospital … Just a friendly reminder because of the
Hospital confidentiality requirement, if anybody you know from our church family please
let us know so we can be sure to visit them.
Choose
Life… A recent article in
the Journal of Medical Ethics (March, 2012) argues for euthanasia for newborns with
disabilities based on the Italian and Australian scientists’ belief that these
children would have been killed before birth had the genetic disorder been identified.
Citing these children as burdens to their families and society, they conclude,
“Therefore, we claim that killing a newborn could be ethically permissible in all the
circumstances where abortion would be.”
