Choose Life A federal judge has upheld a South Dakota law requiring doctors to inform the patients that abortion kills a human being. The law mandates that a woman be told that abortion “will terminate the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being.” Planned Parenthood had sought to overturn the law.
