Priests Retreat … Father Ruane will be participating
in the annual diocesan clergy retreat with Bishop Latino and a majority of the other
priests from our diocese. The retreat will be
at St. Mary of the Pines in
Easter Greetings… I take this opportunity to wish all of
our people a happy and Christ filled Easter, and Easter Season. May the risen Christ give us the joy and peace that
we can receive only through Him.
Let us continue to remember those less well off than we are, the sick, the hurting,
and the suffering. God’s blessing to all!

Congratulations… We congratulate and are very happy to receive, Robert Brandon
Browning, Dianne Elliot Marascalco and Cynthia Mercado Gary
into full communion of our Catholic Faith through the Sacraments of Anointment, Baptism,
Eucharist and Confirmation on Holy Saturday Night.
A Happy for the Children … We have planned an extra Happy for our children. We began this a
couple of years ago and it seemed to be tremendously popular. In place of an
Easter Egg Hunt we will be inviting all of our children and their parents to gather in
front of the Church on Easter morning after
Sharing Your Blessings … The Annual Catholic Service Appeal,
“Sharing Your Blessings,” supports many central ministries that help provide the
spiritual, educational and social needs of many within out diocese. Bishop Latino is
asking each parishioner to prayerfully consider your gift to the Catholic

Life… As we celebrate Christ’s victory
over death, let us pledge ourselves more fervently to battle the Culture of Death that
threatens the very moral foundations of our society. Christ came that we might have life
and have it more abundantly, not so that some might take away the gift of life from
defenseless others.
