The
Healing Mass
Mass this coming Friday October 5th
is the first Friday of the month. We are encouraging as many people as possible to
participate in this Mass of Healing, where we pray to God for health of mind, soul and
body. Hopefully our Knights of Columbus will furnish a little breakfast so we can have
time for fellowship and conversation.
RCIA
The beginning date for the RCIA and Mass
will be in next weeks bulletin.
Please
Again, anybody interested in the
Catholic Faith or returning to the Catholic Faith please give Father Ruane
a call at 226-2490.
Bible
School
We are
hoping that all of our children will be in attendance at bible school this Sunday,
September
30th classes are to begin at 10:15 sharply and should run for (1) hour.
Family
Life Center
As a result
of our discussion at out pastoral council meeting this past Thursday evening, September
the 20th we decided the following:
1. No
charge to members of our church family ONLY!
2. For all
others even friends of parish family members, there will be a reasonable charge of
$200.00.
3. We
decided to give a list of requirements to the person responsible for securing the building
and these will be given to that person before hand.
4. The
rental fee should be paid before the building is used.
5. We have
a beautiful Family Life Center and we are trying to keep it that way.

Choose
Life
This is the paradox of Americas unborn. No life is so
desperately sought after, so hungrily desired, so carefully nurtured. And yet no life is
so legally unprotected, and so frequently destroyed. (New York Times columnist Ross Douthats reflection on infertility and unwanted pregnancy,
1/3/11)
Quotes
1 Strength
does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through
hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength. (Arnold Schwarzenegger)
2 The things you do for yourself are
gone when you are gone, but the things you do for others remain as your legacy. (Kalu Kalu)
Sick
or In The Hospital
Just a friendly reminder because of the
Hospital confidentiality requirement, if anybody you know from our church family please
let us know so we can be sure to visit them.
