New Year Greeting
We would like to wish
everyone happiness, good health, good fortune, and good times together with family and
friends. Why dont we make our slogan for
the New Year Nothing new, but everything better.
Fr. Ruane
Thank You
The responses to our Angel Tree
was very generous, and united with your generosity to the Food Pantry, we feel that as a
Church Family we were able to join John the Baptist in preparing a way for the Lord, by
bringing happiness and joy to several children and families.
Sincere Gratitude
I would like
to take this opportunity to thank the Choir, Lectors, Eucharist Ministers, Mass Servers,
those who decorated our church so beautifully and anybody who helped in any way to prepare
for the Birthday Mass, in honor of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Sincere Gratitude
I would like
to thank our church family members, each and everyone who remembered me with a gift. Some
large and some small, but each gift was greatly appreciated. I will try to thank you each
individually. I cherish your goodness and kindness and pray God will bless all of us in
2012.
R. C. I. A.
We are taking a break till after the
Christmas and New Year, to allow everybody to celebrate the Christmas season which goes
into New Year. We will start back on January 17, 2012.
***The New Years Mass Schedule
will be the same as the regular Mass
Schedule! ***
New Envelopes
Sincere Gratitude to our many parishioners who support
our parish and Building Fund so generously as a Church Family. The participation of all
when possible is so important please pick up your new envelopes and if at possible use
them regularly. They are in alphabetical order in the entrance of the church.
Choose
Life
A vision for the future: By
seeking holiness and using the gifts God has given us to accomplish His will in our lives,
we are contributing mightily to that kingdom we all long for, where there will be no more
crying or pain or death. Certainly no abortion. No euthanasia.
No assisted suicide. No deep freezing of embryos as though they were merchandise. And no destruction of human life in the name of science. (Cardinal Justin Rigali,
1/21/08)
1. Every decision you make every decision is not a decision about what to do. Its a decision about
Who You Are. When you see this, when you understand it, everything changes. You begin to
see life in a new way. All events, occurrences, and situations turn into opportunities to
do what you came here to do. (Neale Donald Walsch,
Author of Conversations with God)
