BIBLE SCHOOL CHILDREN – We are still missing some of our children from bible school classes. I am appealing to all parents to please try to have your children join us for bible school and Mass each Sunday morning.

 

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS – The Knights of Columbus meet every second and forth Sunday.

MEMORIAL     On the first Sunday of November the Knights of Columbus in conjunction with the

      MASS             Church Family will have a Mass Supper. We will have Rosary and Benediction of the

AND SUPPER   Blessed Sacrament at 6:00pm prior to the supper, to remember our dear departed ones.

 

COMMUNITY   St. Peter Catholic Church will be the host for the Community Unity Breakfast which will be 

     UNITY          held at St. Peter Family Life Center. We are encouraging as many people as possible to

MOURNING – Theresa Vigour will have a book signing on 12/4/08 from 4:00 to 5:30pm at the

    SARAH         Elizabeth Jones Library. I am told that the Vigour’s were members of St. Peter at one time.

DOMESTIC   There will be a Domestic Violence Seminar entitled First Step at Taylor Hall, 600 Butler

VIOLENCE   Street, Grenada, MS, on Thursday October 16, 2008, from 10:00am until 1:00pm. The keynote speaker for the seminar will be Senate District 14 Senator Lydia Chassaniol. Please contact the Grenada police Department at 662-227-3455 by Friday, October 10^th 2008 to give the number of people that will be attending the seminar.   

 

****CHILD*****There will be a parents meeting on Child Protection Sunday October 19^th after

PROTECTION**the 9:00am Mass, approximately at 10:30am in the Church.
