SINCERE GRATITUDE – I would like to sincerely thank anybody and everybody who had anything to do with our Christmas Parish Family Supper. Sincere thanks to Jeannie Logan and anybody who might have helped her in decorating the Family Life Center, to the Knights of Columbus for preparing the food, for the terrific turnout of our people. [Many favorable responses for the turnout and the goodtime together] Also further sincere gratitude to our choir for leading our Christmas Carols and for our wonderful Santa Clause who brought joy to the hearts of our children, and congratulation to Vicki McKnight who won the Madonna and Child. The raffle and bake sale were a grand success and a big financial boost for the CYO.

NEW CALENDARS - Catholic Extension Society, we try to help the Catholic Extension Society who does so much wonderful work by ordering their calendars each year. These calendars are in the rear of the church. Please pick up one for your home.

SINCERE THANKS I would like to thank sincerely all of those who gave non-perishable food items to help stock the Food Pantry. God Bless your goodness and generosity.

R.C.I.A. We are taking a break until after Christmas to give everybody a chance to get ready for the

Birthday of Christ. Watch bulletin announcement for next meeting.

FAITH ENRICHMENTThere will be a Faith Enrichment workshop for all who participated in the first session of  “Why Catholic?” and any other interested person. The convenient workshop for us here in Grenada will be at St. Francis of Assisi in Greenwood, Jan. 11, 2009 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.

CHOOSE LIFEThe Christmas story chronicling Jesus’ life in the womb of Mary and birth in a stable again draws our attention to the humanity of the unborn child and God’s great love and plans for each and every human baby, regardless of the circumstances of the child’s conception or birth.

Note: The Jr. C.Y.O…. will break until after the first of the year.
