CHOOSE LIFE The world lies to us sometimes and
tries to convince us that having our plans and lives disrupted or inconvenienced is not
necessary and is to be avoided at all cost. But truly it is in these very disruptions and
supposed inconveniences that the purest blessings may arrive. (Brenda Hanson, the
mother of a Down Syndrome child, who resisted pressure to abort her daughter Sarah, NRL
News, June, 2007)
