THE BISHOP’S CUP Friendly competition, flight prizes, social, dinner, auctions, Latino Lira bag raffle, and door prizes! Join in the fun and fellowship at the 27th Annual Bishop’s Cup Golf Tournament. Plays begin at 12:30pm on Wednesday, September 16th at Colonial Country Club in Jackson. The low net score of any 4 golfers of a parish will bring home the traveling Bishop’s Cup. For those who do not play golf, we invite you to come for the social/dinner/auction at 5:00pm. Rite Of Christian Initiation Of AdultsThe R.C.I.A. will resume in the fall. If you know of anyone interested in the R.C.I.A., or for more information, please call the Rectory at 662-226-2490 or let Karla know. RCIA is basically a detailed course of instruction on the Catholic Faith, composed of three parts; 1st Period: A time of questions and answers from the people interested. 2nd Period: The teaching and explanation of the main doctrine of the Church Faith. 3rd Period: Spiritual growth normally taking place during the Holy Season of Lent.

Renew “Why Catholic?”… We will be signing up for the next “Why Catholic?” in September. It should prove to be a very enjoyable, interesting and educational journey of faith. For this reason we have included a short summary of the titles for the entire twelve weeks of the program and they are:
