the fun and fellowship at the 27th Annual

bring home the traveling Bishops Cup. For those who do not play golf, we invite you

the fall. If you know of anyone interested in the R.C.I.A., or for more information,
please call the Rectory at 662-226-2490 or let Karla know. RCIA is basically a detailed
course of instruction on the Catholic Faith, composed of three parts; 1st
Period: A time of questions and answers from the people interested. 2nd
Period: The teaching and explanation of the main doctrine of the Church Faith. 3rd
Period: Spiritual growth normally taking place during the Holy Season of Lent.
Inspirational Quotes: 1. A marriage may be
made in heaven, but the maintenance must be done on earth.
(Anonymous)
2. Devoting a little of
yourself to everything means committing a great deal of yourself to nothing. (Michael LeBoeuf)
3. To know the will of God is
the greatest knowledge, to find the will of God is the greatest discovery, and to do the
will of God is the greatest achievement. (Arnold H. Glasow)
4. Kind words can be short and
easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.
(Mother
Teresa)
Choose Life
A great prayer for
life is urgently needed, a prayer which will rise up throughout the world. Through special
initiatives and in daily prayer, may an impassioned plea rise to God, the Creator and
lover of life, from every Christian community, from every group and association, from
every family and from the heart of every believer.
(Pope
John Paul II, The Gospel of Life, n. 100)
