LENT

Please remember that Fridays in Lent are days of abstinence.  Catholics who have celebrated their 14^th birthday are to abstain from meat on all Fridays in Lent.

 

EDUCATION

CCD Classes resume today.  CCD and Adult CCD classes meet each Sunday, 10:15 – 11:15 am.

 

Women’s Bible Study meets each Sunday at 1:30 in the Education Building.  All ladies are invited to attend.

 

STATIONS OF THE CROSS

We will be having Stations of the Cross on Friday, March 24 at 6:00 pm.  Come join us in this traditional devotion.  Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament will follow Stations of the Cross.

 

LADIES AUXILIARY

There will be a meeting of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus on March 23 after 6:00 pm mass.  Convention raffle tickets are for sale for $1.00 each.  Please contact Ladies for your chance at any of the three prizes to be given away April 29th, or see Rosa Buzzarde.

 

SEMINARIANS

This week in your prayers, please remember Lincoln Dall, studying for our diocese.

 

LAPSED CATHOLICS

Let us be kind in our dealings with others in thought, word and deed.  Coupled with prayer, this can be a wonderful way of bringing people back to the fold.

 

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

Knights of Columbus 3^rd  Degree meet every 2^nd and 4^th Sunday after coffee and doughnuts.  4^th Degree Knights meet every 3^rd Sunday.
